Mantis Monday

I'll start off this week with these side and rear views of the mantis at Container Park.

Trivia note: it should be no surprise the mantis has a Burning Man pedigree, but it was also an anniversary gift.

Continuing the creature simulation theme, here's the opening of Tim Ho Wan at the Palms, a few months before the pandemic.

And then the pandemic happened, and an ownership change, but the Palms is set to reopen in in a couple of days. I'm gonna get me some shrimp toast.

On to living creatures: the Rescued Treasures Cat Cafe is now open on weekday afternoons in addition to weekends (Wed - Sun).

And not to leave out the dogs, I just discovered A Path 4 Paws. They hold adoptions every weekend.
